We were impressed to see clinically researched ingredients such as Vitamin B12, Bacopa Monnieri, Ginkgo Biloba and Phosphatidylserine that help boost memory and support cognitive function. Nor did the manufacturer include an antioxidant-rich ingredient such as Green Tea for fighting off the damage caused by oxidative stress. This was somewhat disappointing, considering the strong foundation this formula is based on. In addition, we found the manufacturer to be somewhat obscure with information regarding the company. We couldn’t find any information about where the product is manufactured or where they are based. We love that we found a statement claiming a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, but it appears only on the manufacturer’s website. There is no way to purchase the product directly from their site, only from a third-party site where there is no mention of a guarantee. This left us confused and somewhat dubious.

We had a look at real customers’ reviews online to gauge whether this product is effective or not and we came across many mixed reviews. For the amount of positive reviews we found, we came across the same amount of negative reviews. This doesn’t instill much confidence when only 50% of the customers are satisfied. However, to the company’s credit, we did find a mention of a satisfaction guarantee on their website, although no mention anywhere else. This was disappointing as there was no indication as to how one would go about utilizing this guarantee when it is unlikely a customer would even know about it unless they went digging around on the manufacturer’s site like we did.

We could tell there was a lot of insight and research that went into compiling this formulation, which is why we were disappointed that the manufacturer stopped there. Why not add additional B vitamins such as Thiamine, Riboflavin and Niacin? These are reputable for nourishing and protecting the brain cells. Additionally, there is no antioxidant element in this formula such as Green Tea extract that would protect the brain against oxidative damage. This formula is so close to ideal, but comes just short when compared to our first choice product.
We were also confused by the statement we found on the manufacturer’s website claiming a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, but with no information for how a customer would utilize the guarantee. We didn’t find the guarantee advertised anywhere else, such as Amazon, one of the most popular sites this product is sold on. Neither did we find information on the manufacturer regarding where they are located or where the product is manufactured. Taking all this into account, we felt that second place was fair for Neuro Support Complex by Horbäach.
